Our selection and Requirement procedure
We arrange the candidate throw newspaper
advertisement. Job posting on job web portals,
television advertisement and select agents.
However if any client ask for personal interview
with our candidate,
we arrange an interview either
Skype webcam or personally whatever possible.
We arrange practical trade test for short-listed
candidates by experts-in-field,
if required on
nominal extra fees. Once, candidate get short-listed
and selected by our clients,
there are some there are some
following nominal procedure to be followed:
Arrangement of medical test Documentation and getting
visa-endorsed from Saudi consulate.
Documentation and availing
emigration clearance from protector of Emigrants Indian ministry
of labor.
Availing Travel Insurance for Emigrant.
Confirmation of ticket for final Departure.
Our requirement
process normally takes between 20 to 25 working
days after the final selection.
Our service charges as per the job category:
For high categories like engineers, doctors and
other high technical Experts 1000 U$D.
For medium categories like Drivers, Mason, Welders. 800 U$D
For Low categories like Labor, Office Boy, Hose Boy. 700 U$D
Probation Period for 3 Months after the Arrival:
If the candidate is selected for any particular post,
and the company is not given him his selected job,
for this matter company will be responsible.
If the candidate arrive in the company and if he does
not show his ability and performance then
World Travels will be responsible.
Note for medium and low categories:
Our service-charges can either be paid by employer,
or we may be permitted to collect the same from candidate,
or 50% by the candidates and 50% from the company.
Service charges include the following details:
• Official fees of visa endorsement from embassy/consulate.
• Official fees of ministry of foreign Affairs. (MOFA)
• Official fees of health insurance in India.
• Official fees of emigration clearance from government of India.
• Airline ticket.
• Expense for news paper. Internet TV,
• Communication and liaison including courier/Telephone
faxing/emailing with you & candidates.
• World Travels service charge.
